Born and raised in Massachusetts, Scott attended USC obtaining his degree in International Relations & Economics. Scott was selected for a management-training program with Home Federal Savings in San Diego and with this experience and expertise became Vice President of a private commercial real estate development company in California. His duties included land acquisition, land development, leasing, and management on a national and local level. Scott specializes in the retail marketplace in Bend and beyond his goal is to promote and develp this sector of the Central ORegon marketplace. Scott has become the expert in downtown Bend retail with many years of solid success in sales/leasing of Bend's retail market. Working with National, Regional and Local retailers, Wicklund has been instrumental in bringing those users to the Central Oregon marketplace for many retail projects in our area. His never say never, creative ideas to structure a transaction that might not have been able to be put together due to his expertise and experience are one of his true strenghts.
